29 CFR 1910.178(l)(2)(i)(B): Trainees operated powered industrial truck in ways which endangered the trainee or other employees. a) Jobsite located at 800 East Virginia Ave, West Chester, PA: The employer permitted a trainee to operate a powered industrial truck, such as the Hyster Forklift Model SSCRG360-960P to load sections of a Timberland ASD35 Derrick crane onto a Dorsey flatbed trailer with an unsecured load, which endangered the trainee or other employees. This condition was noted on or about March 7, 2023.
