29 CFR 1910.1000(e): Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not determined and implemented to achieve compliance for Hydrogen Sulfide with the limits prescribed in 29 CFR 1910.1000(a) through (d): (a) On February 24, 2023, at or near CR45 and 115M Avenue NW in Watford City, ND, at the Cherry Creek State 10 - RTB facility, the employer did not implement engineering or work practice controls to reduce levels of hydrogen sulfide to below the ceiling level of 20 ppm for employees draining fluids from an oil & gas processing vessel pump.
