29 CFR 1910.212(b):Machine(s) designed for fixed location(s) were not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving: a) On or about February 16, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by and/or amputation hazards where the Craftsman bench grinder had not been secured to the workbench. An employee suffered lacerations after coming in contact with an unguarded grinding disc while reaching to turn the off the grinder.
