29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) Aisle 233, Bays 401B2B - A pallet of stacked boxes was not secured against falling and collapse. A portion of the pallet hung over the edge of the crossbar exposing employees to a struck-by hazard, on or about February 28, 2023. b) Aisle 233, Bay 410A24 - A pallet of stacked boxes was not secured against falling and collapse. A portion of the pallet hung over the edge of the crossbar exposing employees to a struck-by hazard, on or about February 28, 2023. c) Aisle 233, Bay 41B1 - A pallet of stacked boxes was not secured against falling and collapse. The pallet was broken and the stacked boxes were leaning exposing employees to a struck-by hazard, on or about February 28, 2023. No abatement certification or documentation required.
