29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about February 23, 2023 the employer did not ensure that a periodic inspection of the energy control procedures for the equipment serviced or maintained by employees in the facility had been conducted annually. Equipment included but is not limited to presses, robotic welding cells, and automated welders. Hazardous energies present include but are not limited to pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and thermal.
