29 CFR 1926.503(c): The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: a) Roof - Employees working from a commercial roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twenty-seven (27) feet in that they were not retrained on fall protection and fall hazards when inadequacies in the employee's use of fall protection systems indicate that the employees have not retained the requisite understanding or skill, on or about February 15, 2023.
