29 CFR 1926.62(d)(1)(iii):The employer did not collect personal samples representative of a full shift, including at least one sample for each job classification in each work area, either for each shift or for the shift with the highest exposure level: Employees were exposed to health hazards. Employees working at the jobsite located at 424 South Kansas Avenue Topeka, Kansas, in room 106 were exposed to the health hazards associated with lead while performing painting and paint scraping activities. The paint in room 106 was determined to contain 12.598% lead. Employees were exposed to the hazards of lead in that personal full shift air sampling was not performed for each job classification or for the shift with highest exposure for any of the employees at the work site.
