29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(iv):Space within the spray booth on the downstream and upstream sides of filters were not protected with approved automatic sprinklers: a) Spray Paint Booth and Filter System: On or about January 24, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards by not protecting space within the spray booth with sprinklers on the downstream and upstream side of the filters while performing spray finishing operations using flammable liquid paints.
