29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 deg;F (37.8 deg;C), were dispensed into containers without the nozzle and container being electrically interconnected. a) Production Area - On or about1/18/23, flammable materials such as, Shop Kleen (FP=1.0 deg F) was transferred from its original container (a 55 gallon drum) container to 1 liter pressure pots without electrically interconnecting the original container in order to reduce the buildup of static electricity. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
