29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: a. At 5205 Moccasin Rd, Palmetto, FL : On or about January 5, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing hoisting operations at approximately 20 feet 8 inches.
