29 CFR 1926.451(b)(8): At all points of a scaffold where the platform changes direction, such as turning a corner, the platform that rests on a bearer at an angle other than a right angle was not laid first, and platforms which rest at right angles over the same bearer shall be laid second, on top of the first platform: (a) On or about January 05, 2023 and at times prior to - Building 4, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 30 feet when the planks used to go around the corner of the building from scaffold to scaffold were not laid first.
