29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): Enclosed workplaces were not so constructed, equipped, and maintained as to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, or other vermin: (A) USPS Dulles PDCF: On or about 1/4/23, and times prior thereto, the employee entrance foyer had a missing ceiling panel allowing the entrance and roosting of a bird population, resulting in the accumulation of bird feces in and around employee walkways and work areas.
