29 CFR 1910.36(c)(1):Each exit discharge did not lead directly outside or to a street, walkway, refuge area, public way, or open space with access to the outside. On or about February 21, 2023, employees working around the running gear, were exposed to fire, smoke inhalation, slips, trips and falls hazards in the event of an emergency because an emergency exit did not lead directly outside.
