29 CFR 1910.106(h)(4)(i)(d): The storage of flammable liquids in containers shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions of paragraph (d) of this section. a.) On or about December 14, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the storage of flammable liquids in containers such as but not limited to 50-gallon drums, 55-gallon drums, 275-gallon totes, 300-gallon totes, and 309-gallon totes were stored in accordance with paragraph d. The Sherwin-Williams Company, General Polymers, The Sherwin Williams High Performance Flooring was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.106(h)(4)(i)(d), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1576119 , citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on June 10, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at The Sherwin-Williams Company, General Polymers, The Sherwin Williams High Performance Flooring, 145 Caldwell Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45216.
