Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse On or about December 9, 2022, the employer failed to secure storage of stacked plastic totes, rolltainers, and U-boat carts, as to not create a hazard, exposing employees to struck by hazards due to unstable stacks that were leaning with the potential to topple onto employees.
