29 CFR 1926.1404(m)(2): Upon completion of assembly, the equipment was not inspected to ensure compliance with paragraph (m)(1) of this section (see � 1926.1412(c) for post-assembly inspection requirements): On or about December 6, 2022, a Terex CC2800-1, 660-Ton Crawler Mounted Lattice Boom Crane, was used at Phillips 66 Wood River Refinery to place a Kerosene Hydrotreater Reactor. The SuperLift components and configuration were not inspected upon completion of assembly to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
