29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. Jobsite - On or about April 2, 2021, the employer did not provide training to employees in recognizing and avoiding unsafe conditions where employees were exposed to slips and trips from debris piles, falls from improper equipment use, injuries from overhead hazards without proper PPE and eye injury hazards without proper PPE.
