29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) East of the Intersection of Beebe Road and Hood Road in Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971: On or about September 29, 2022, the employer did not provide training on hazardous chemicals to be used on the site nor did the employer provide SDS sheets for the employees to reference in case their was an exposure.
