29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: (a) Highway 82 West, County Road 286 - On or about October 13, 2022, at storage bin number 2, the employer did not provide a medical evaluation for the employees required to wear a Comfort Air Half Facepiece respirator during loading and unloading soybean, exposing employees to a respiratory hazard.
