29 CFR 1910.147(d): The established procedure for the application of energy control (the lockout or tagout procedures) did not cover the actions listed in and was not done in sequence as required by 29 CFR 1910.147(d)(1)-(6): a) Throughout the facilities, located at 7251 Zell Miller Parkways, Statesboro, GA 30458, on or about October 3, 2022, the employer exposed employees to caught-in, struck-by, and crushing hazards, in that the employees did not utilize procedures for the control of hazardous energy while work was performed on the equipment throughout the facility.
