29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):Passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about and times prior-to September 7, 2022 Dollar Tree Store #1959 located suite M of 2306 S. Jefferson Ave. Mount Pleasant, TX storerooms was not kept in a clean and orderly condition based on the following observations: a) At the back of the store location the office hallway was not kept clean and orderly where mop buckets and other materials were placed along the wall creating a trip hazard. b) At the back of the store in the storage room walking working surfaces were not kept orderly where boxes of merchandise and collapsed stacks of boxes created a trip hazards. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a triple-repeat serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1501569, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 3, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1707 East Houston St, Cleveland, TX 77327. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1443653, citation number 1, item number 1, group a, and was affirmed as a final order on April 19, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2708 Renaissance Dr., Fort Worth, TX 76105. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1438186, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4428 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022.
