29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1)(ii): When testing and positioning of the machine, equipment, or components, where lockout or tagout devices were temporarily removed from the energy isolating device, the employees were not removed from the machine or equipment area in accordance with paragraph (e)(2) of this section: a) Line H Primer Station - On or about August 19, 2022, the employer did not ensure that all employees were safely positioned or removed while positioning equipment, such as the impression roll shaft. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
