29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Dolgen Midwest, LLC, located at 505 West Main Street, West Lafayette, OH 43845: On or about August 31, 2022, the paths of travel for employees to the emergency exits in the southeast corner of the sales floor and receiving room were obstructed and/or blocked by wheeled carts, a metal basket holder, large boxes, and bins.
