29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(ii):Unstable objects were used to support scaffolds or platform units. On or about August 25, 2022 unstable objects, appearing to be cut 2x4 lumber, was utilized to support the end frame of an occupied scaffold placed on the 2nd level of a residential building under construction; exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet to lower ground level.
