29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) On or about 08/23/2022 at 176 Maujer Street Brooklyn, NY 11206, employees securing plastic sheeting around windows within the 88 Stagg Walk Building number 5 were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Acetone contained in Inline Industrial Strength Adhesive. The employees were not provided access to the safety data sheets during each work shift. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19
