29 CFR 1926.350(d): The employer did not thoroughly instruct employees in the safe use of fuel gas, as described in numbers 1-6 of this section. Greenwich Worksite: On or about 8/17/22, the employer had not provided an employee performing brazing with an acetylene torch, training in the safe use of acetylene and the equipment used to perform the task including but not limited to the safe use of acetylene fuel gas, as described in this section of the standard.
