29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(A): Retraining was not provided for authorized and affected employees when there was a change in their job assignments, a change in machines, equipment or processes that presented a new hazard, or when there was a change in the energy control procedures. a. On or about August 29, 2022, and August 30, 2022, employees engaged in maintenance and servicing of the Phoenix Power Supply in the Square D Test Cell Switch Gear (53104-1 Square D), located in the first level of the WEEP of the facility located at N7650 County Road LS, Haven, Wisconsin; were not trained in the new hazardous energy control procedures. b. On or about August 30, 2022, an employee was engaged in maintenance and servicing of the Phoenix Power Supply in the Square D Test Cell Switch Gear (53104-1 Square D), located in the first level of the WEEP of the facility located at N7650 County Road LS, Haven, Wisconsin; were not trained in the new hazardous energy control procedures.
