29 CFR 1910.147(c)(3)(i):The tagout device used on an energy isolating device, which was capable of being locked out, was not attached at the same location that the lockout device would have been attached: a.)Precision Compacted Components LLC, DBA APG-Sintered Metals-Wilcox- on or about 7/25/22 and times prior thereto, employees were performing service and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to gasbarre molding press #13.The tagout device was not affixed to an energy isolating device. A tag was applied to a key on the control panel. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
