After that time the data may be stored off the jobsite, but a copy of the data shall be made available to the Secretary upon request. a) On July 20, 2022: Tabulated data was not provided to an OSHA representative upon request; two employees connecting pipe for new fire hydrants were working inside a 5.8 foot trench box (E0050371). NOTE: Abatement certification is not required.
