29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: Main Phillips Global building, spraying area, northwest wall: On or about 20 July 2022 and 29 September 2022, the exit route door sign was indistinguishable, not illuminated and coated with multiple layers of residual paint making it difficult in the event of an emergency to determine the location of the only exit route door in the spraying area.
