29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Jobsite, D-Pile Area, 11 Lloyd Avenue, Latrobe, PA 15650: Observed on or about July 18, 2022, the only exit route from the mezzanine level in the D-Pack Area was not kept free and unobstructed. The storage of pallets, boxes, equipment and other items in the D-Pack area restricted exit access from the mezzanine area. Employees working in the mezzanine area did not have free and unobstructed exit routes in the event of an emergency.
