29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (a) Jobsite located at 250 North Commerce Drive, Aston, PA-Scenic Department: On or about July 18, 2022, the employer did not have available the safety data sheet for each hazardous chemicals or products used at the site, including but not limited to the following: -Structo-Lite Basecoat Plasters, which contained hazardous chemicals such as Calcium sulfate hemihydrate, Perlite, Calcium sulfate, Dolomite, Crystalline silica (Quartz) -Sheetrock Brand Easy Sand Lightweight Setting-Type Joint Compound 45, which contained hazardous chemicals such as Calcium sulfate hemihydrate, Limestone, Calcium sulfate dihydrate, Crystaline silica (Quartz) -Octoweld, which contained hazardous chemicals such as 2-methylpentane-2,4-diol and Acetic acid ethenyl ester -3M Super 77 Multipurpose Adhesive, which contained hazardous chemicals such as Acetone, Propone, Cyclohexane, Petroleum distillates, Hexane
