29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a. Site - On or about July 11, 2022, the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections to identify employees exposed to falls. JSH Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1567605, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 111-113 Lock St., Nashua, NH.
