29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a) On July 13, 2022, and at times prior, product totes stored on the floor in the old freezer are not secured from falling over or collapsing. Wooden pallets between totes and posts on the interior corners of the totes were damaged. Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
