29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) 109 North Avenue, Jonesboro, Amenity Space/NW area - On or about July 5, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that a training program was provided to employees to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed when employees were walking/working on the second floor at 11 feet and 6.5 inches above a lower level while installing electrical boxes and receptacles.
