29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite: 2224 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19133 - The employer did not provide a training program for each employee conducting residential framing in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards. Employees were working in close proximity to the unprotected sides and edges of the 2nd levels of the building exposed to falls of approximately 11 feet. Condition noted on/about June 9, 2022
