29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(iv):Fixtures installed in wet or damp locations were not approved for the purpose and were not so constructed or installed that water could not enter or accumulate in wireways, lampholders, or other electrical parts: a) Meadow Gold Dairy, Receiving Bay: On or about June 14, 2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while cleaning the inside of tanker trailers with a fluorescent light fixture that did not contain a cover for a wet/damp location.
