29 CFR 1910.30(a)(2): The employer must ensure that each employee is trained by a qualified person, in the areas identified in 1910.30(a)(3)(i) - (iv). On or about June 14, 2022 at location 450 W. 33rd Ave. Oshkosh, WI: employees were not trained on the recognition of fall hazards or the use of fall protection when working on top of FLOW machines with a fall hazard of approximately seven to eight feet. a)FLOW 1 machine is approximately seven feet from ground to working area on top of the oven. Maintenance employees will access the top of the machines for maintenance and color change on the machine by a ladder. b)FLOW 2 machine is approximately eight feet from ground to working platform on top of the oven. Maintenance employees will access the top of the machines for maintenance by a ladder.
