29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Dollar General Store, 599 Kent Street, Windsor, NY - On or about 6/3/2022, Backroom exit route was blocked by U-Bolt containers filled with merchandise. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1565322, citation number 2, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on June 30, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 10757 U.S. 11, Adams, NY 13605.
