29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: a) At National Beef Packing Company, LLC, located at 189 West By-Pass, Moultrie, GA, 31768, on or about June 2, 2022, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards, in that employees required to use respirators had facial hair which would interfere with the sealing surface of the facepiece.
