29 CFR 1910.177(d)(4)(i):The employer did not assure that employees use a clip-on chuck when inflating tires on rim wheels: (a) Logging Site, Munday: On May 17, 2022 and times prior, employees were not provided an operational clip-on chuck to be used when inflating truck trailer tires that would allow the employee to stand outside the trajectory in the event of a tire rupture.
