29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean condition: (a)Forest Products Distributors, Inc. at 5406 Old Folsom Road, Rapid City, SD 57703: On or about and at times prior to May 12, 2022, the employer did not ensure that floors of workrooms, storage areas, passageways and service rooms were kept free from dust accumulations in such depths that they can present explosion, deflagration or other fire hazards in the Pellet Mill building. This condition exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.
