29 CFR 1910.37(a)(1):Exit routes shall not have flammable, explosive, combustible gases or flammable furnishings stored in the exit route. a.) Gasbarre Products, Inc.; on or about 5/5/2022 and at times prior thereto, Bay 4 West side exit route had flammables stored in the exit route. Containers of flammable and combustible materials including but not limited to gasoline, paints, and oils were stored on the floor outside of flammable storage cabinets. There was no space remaining within the flammable cabinets, so employees used the area around the cabinet for storage of additional containers of flammable and combustible liquids.
