On or about April 20, 2022, and at times prior thereto, at the jobsite located at 1501 Scripture Street, Denton, TX 76201, Safety data sheets for materials being utilized by employees at the jobsite were not made readily available, upon request, to designated representatives, the Assistant Secretary, and the Director.
