29 CFR 1910.269(l)(3)(iii)(B): Energized parts were not insulated from the employee and from any other conductive object at a different potential: a) Job site, at/near 1841 Brandywine Drive, Allison Park, PA: On or about April 13, 2022, during electrical line relocation activities, an the employer did not ensure that appropriate cover over a live 23 KV primary line was taken, resulting in a catastrophic event that that allowed 2 workers to received serious injuries after contact with the live, unguarded line.
