29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):The employer shall ensure that an employee using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator is fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) is used, and at least annually thereafter: On or about April 5, 2022 at the workplace, each employee who was provided and required to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators(FFRs) to prevent exposure to and the spread of communicable diseases such as but not limited to tuberculosis, Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), coronavirus, and influenza was not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator. The SLR Health Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number___1503697___, citation number___1___, item number___1c___ and was affirmed as a final order on June 17, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at__2600 John Barrow Rd, Little Rock, AR 72204__.
