29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2):29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that guardrail systems met the requirement that midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent intermediate members that are installed between the walking-working surface and the top edge of the guardrail system as follows when there is not a wall or parapet that is at least 21 inches (53 cm) high. Mezzanine - Midrails on the guard rail systems were not installed at the Unloading and Receiving areas of the mezzanine. Employees were exposed to a fall height of 7 feet 7 inches to the ground below at the following: Instance A - Receiving & Unloading area to the right looking at the back door from the mezzanine. Instance B - Receiving & Unloading area to the left looking at the back door from the mezzanine.
