29 CFR 1910.25(b)(1): The employer had not ensured that handrails, stair rail systems, and guardrail systems were provided in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.28: a. On or about March 30, 2022, employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards while using the stairs leading to the Control Room because a stair rail system and handrail system was not provided on the open sides. b.
