29 CFR 1910.106(e)(7)(i)(a): All electrical wiring and equipment was not installed according to the requirements of Subpart S of this part: a) In the Processing Laboratory at 4020 Vison Way, Lemont Furnace PA, on or about August 18, 2022 - A temporary electrical outlet strip was installed to operate electrical stove top and audio equipment while flammable liquids such as 100% ethanol (flashpoint 49.5F) were transferred from metal containers to metal and plastic containers without any bonding or grounding apparatuses.
