29 CPR 1910.145(f)(7): Warning tags were not used to identify and warn employees of hazards that could present a threat of death or serious injury to employees: a) Primary Department- On or about March 18, 2022, warning tags were not used to identify hazards created by moving equipment on the Shear Genius (SG6) by Finn-Power, such as the automatic sheet loader. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
